To play a C#m7, have your index finger fret the entire fourth fret, placing your ring finger on the sixth fret of the D string, and your middle finger on the fifth fret of the B string like this:

B=5
G=4
D=6
A=4
E=mute

To play a Bbm6, fret everything like you would for a B chord, but then move your index finger from the B to the Bb, keeping everything else the same.
